you can simply click image>resize image and then set 256 pixel and 256 pixel. -

use the action file in first post.
for image larger than 160x160 simply deselect the first action ('canvas size') and the last one ('image size').

try to do the actions 'transform selection' and 'subtract from selection' manually and the then launch the action file.

Jannu a me è già selezionato il tasto play e non lo posso nè deselezionare o selezionare e quindi non mi esce il fatto dei campi d'estenzione come devo fare? . -

Si anche a me però nella parte a destra compare azioni/wave glossos ma play è già selezionato e quindi non posso fare campi esetnsione ecc . -

si infatti sono riuscito ad arrivare li anche io ma c'è il campo grigio sotto e non è bianco.. .
