Tool with all Edit Tools for PES PES 2011, 2010 and PES 2009

how to use:
1. install TC 3
2. open the the Tool
3. switch between PES 2011, 2010 and PES 2009 Tools

4. if you will use the tools for PES 2010 and PES 2009,
just download and install the tools over the tool Collection 3
