Credo che con questa procedura funzioni:

Step1. Open the programm “PES 2012 Decrypter 1.2″ (You can download it online)

Step2. Move your “BL.bin” on the picture where it says “Decrypt.”.

Step3. Open the program “PesYou PES2013 BAL Editor v1.2″.

Step4. Click on the file and click “OPEN BAL (Decrypted) File, and select your “BL.bin” file.

Step5. Change whatever you want and click on the file and then on the Save (Decrypted).

Step6. Move the BL.bin file to the “Encrypt” part of the “PES 2012 Decrypter 1.2

Provare non costa nulla

EDIT: ho provato io e posso confermare che funziona alla perfezione.
